1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
In case of high order volumes or custom/pre-order items, processing may take an additional 2–4 business days.
2. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking number and link to track your parcel in real-time.
3. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Certain remote areas may experience extended delivery times.
4. Delays or Issues
While we work closely with our courier partners, Cirqlestore is not responsible for delays caused by:
Incorrect shipping information
Weather conditions
Courier or customs delays
If your package is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us at care@cirqlestore.com and we’ll help resolve the issue.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
If you receive an order that is damaged or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll investigate and make it right.
